The Rocky Mountain Region is at a crossroads in its housing crisis. Low-income renters, aspiring homeowners, and aging seniors, are all impacted by the pressure of housing costs. The median sale price of a home in Colorado roughly doubled over the last ten years. High interest rates, and rising homeowners insurance costs are making it difficult to qualify for a mortgage to buy a home.

Assisted Living Care is rapidly becoming unaffordable. Housing supply is low, rent is increasing at alarming rates, families are being pushed out of the neighborhoods that they have called home for generations. We must realize the negative trickle down affect this causes in our communities and take action.

To address the growing housing crisis, it is crucial that we dedicate resources to those with the greatest need and at risk of housing instability and homelessness. 3DPC USA and our partners are passionately working towards solving this problem in the Rocky Mountain Region. 3D Printed Construction is one way to help.
